Hi Mamas,
Spring is in the air here on the East Coast of the US, and it is palpable in everything we see and do. Don't you just feel a renewed sense of purpose, energy, new beginnings and general excitement in the air??
Most of the time, change is a good thing. Now, I think that’s what it’s all about. Embracing change. Being brave. Doing whatever you have to, so that everyone in your life can move forward with theirs.

After a few weeks of winter rest and rejuvenation, hibernation, fewer sports and activities, more snuggly couch time and a chance to regroup, spring is the time for renewed energy and taking a leap. Is there something you have been meaning to do or try? A place you have been meaning to go? Maybe an opportunity has arisen at what feels like really aligned timing - embrace it! Now is the time to step up and step out. The trees are getting ready to bloom again, as are we mamas, and there is a sense of anticipation and energy of exciting things on the horizon - let's embrace it all. Change can be scary, unless you choose to view it differently, in which case it becomes exciting, hopeful, and most of all, possible.

Weekly Reminder - "It will all work out, I just have to trust myself." Whisper/say in your head/say it out loud/write it down and shout it out!
Weekly Read/Audio - with all the excitement of new things on the horizon, it is important to ground ourselves and wind down before bed. I try to do yoga or read or journal, although it doesn't always happen! I am doing a challenge this month to do 30 days of yoga for 15 minutes a night just before bed. I enjoy 30 day challenges, as they keep me motivated but seem doable! Here is day 1 if you want to get on board.
Weekly Reset - write down something you have been meaning to do or say, and just take a breath, count to 5 and then action it! If you don't you will always wonder, but if you do, the journey may just turn out to be magical
