ONLINE COURSES
These courses are specifically geared towards busy moms who want to grow and do something for themselves. The great thing about digital courses is that you can watch and work through them at your own pace.
Each course has multiple bite sized videos - each one no more than 7 minutes long - so you can watch one while folding laundry, on your commute, or while waiting to pick up a kid from practice.
Each course also has a follow along work book, which you can either print out and write in, or you can fill in online.
These courses are meant to be able to fit into your busy schedules, and you can complete them in as much or as little time as you want. You can also go back to them and rewatch them again.
The Beginners Course. I am lost, where do i begin?
In order to begin, we first need awareness and then an understanding of our current situation, together with what it is that we want to change and improve. We will take a birds-eye view of all the aspects of your life including relationships, family, health, career and finances. We will use personal empowerment techniques to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and everything in our environment, and use practical tips to foster positive change. This course provides the foundation for personal development and growth.
Time Management. I know what I am passionate about, I just have no time to do anything!
When we manage our time better, we improve our productivity, reduce our stress levels, and do our essential tasks more efficiently so we have more time to do the things we enjoy. We also lessen the mom guilt as we are able to spend the time with our children that they need.
A back to basics course on how to manage our time, with different methods to use depending on what works for you, including how to plan our days and weeks, and how to prioritize tasks. We will look at the multiple demands on moms’ time, including family, work, and house management, and work through a step by step guide on how we can manage all of these more effectively. If you look at those mamas who seemingly get everything done effortlessly (which is totally not the case!!!) and wish that was you, then this one’s for you.
Mindset. I feel frustrated and get easily irritated - especially by my kids - I can be pretty negative and I am not sure how to move myself out of this state.
The ability to manage our thoughts and control our mindset allows us to overcome obstacles, flip the narrative, achieve our goals and live a life of purpose and intention. Our mindset forms the basis of our realities, determining our beliefs, our actions and our attitudes. Mastering our mindset begins with awareness and it affects our relationships, our approach to motherhood, our careers and our overall wellbeing.
We will explore ways the power of mindset, fixed vs. growth mindset, overcoming self doubt and limiting beliefs, the idea of failure and success, fostering resilience and an empowered outlook, and daily tips and tricks which take minimal amounts of time but deliver huge results. If you find yourself leaning towards the negative, or you are often stuck in a problem rather than offering yourself a solution, then a mindset shakeup could be just what you need mama!
Habits. I am motivated to get started with new projects, but I often give up and I am not great with following through.
Mastering daily habits is the key to success, and unlearning bad habits is something that takes awareness and effort. Learn the psychology behind habits, how to develop and master new habits that align with our goals and well being, and simple to implement ways to break free of negative patterns. If you start new projects, and often don’t follow through, learn why this happens and how you can change your own narrative.
We will explore ways to establish new, productive habits and how to save time by habit stacking and using dead time to implement habits. We will explore the role of self discipline and willpower and how we can maintain long term habit change. If you know your daily habits could use a shake up, and you want to be more in control of your day and your life, this one’s for you.
Self Care. what’s that?! (If that’s you, you need this!)
The act of doing something for yourself that you enjoy - something we moms often do not prioritize, but we should! A dive into all the different acts of self care, their benefits, how they impact our mindset, our emotional well being and our ability to be a better mom. Plus, top tips on how to fit self care into our busy schedules.
This course will transform our well being and create a deeper sense of self love and fulfillment. We will cover mom/mum guilt in reference to self care, and learn that self care is not selfish, it is essential for maintaining balance, resilience and overall happiness. If you know you do not prioritize yourself and your needs enough mama, this one’s for you.
