NEW YEAR Retreat 2025
The perfect gift to give yourself (or hint to the hubby that you want!) to start your 2025 with renewed intentions and a focus on your own health and wellbeing.
Spend an energizing and restful Sunday in January with other moms taking time for themselves. You deserve it mama, especially after the family (and eating!) time we will have done over the holiday season.
To begin the day we will do a short energizing workout, suitable for all fitness levels. We will learn some tips and tricks from a certified fitness coach including small but effective ways to make time for fitness in our busy lives and how it helps us to be better moms.
We will uncover what changes we want to make in our lives in 2025 and what we want to prioritise. More importantly, we will find out how we can fit these things in and how to shift our mindset to embrace time for ourselves so that we can be better moms. Moms often feel like they don’t have enough time in the day for everything - we will delve into this and understand how to free up time and how to achieve more by doing less.
We will focus on Mom Guilt, what it is, where it comes from, how we manage it, and how it can make us better moms.
We will do a vision board session, elevating and dreaming big about the things we want and how we achieve them. There will be a delicious and healthy lunch and afternoon snacks and tea, and we will do a beautiful yoga and sound healing session.
Women do amazing things when they come together and support each other. Support yourself to realize some of your dreams that you have been putting on the back burner!
